Economic Development Incentives definition

Economic Development Incentives means the City’s payment to the Company of the (a) Ad Valorem Tax Proceeds, (b) City Sales/Use Tax Proceeds, (c) Project Lodging Tax Proceeds, and (d) Project Sales/Use Tax Proceeds in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Economic Development Incentives means amounts to be paid by the City to King Soopers pursuant to Section 3.00 ofthis Agreement.
