Economic Development Incentives definition

Economic Development Incentives means the City’s payment to the Company of the (a) Ad Valorem Tax Proceeds, (b) City Sales/Use Tax Proceeds, (c) Project Lodging Tax Proceeds, and (d) Project Sales/Use Tax Proceeds in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Economic Development Incentives means FastTrack job training grants and economic development grants authorized under this part or capital grants authorized under chapter 15 of this title for economic development purposes provided to an employer to attract or retain the employer's physical presence in this state;
Economic Development Incentives means the Sales Tax Grant described in Article VIII, Section 1.

  • Clinical Development means the conduct of clinical trials in humans to assess the dosing, safety and/or efficacy of the Product, including but not limited to Phase I Clinical Trials, Phase II Clinical Trials, Phase Ill Clinical Trials and Phase IV Clinical Trials.
