Eden Region definition

Eden Region. (other than in clause 4(1)) means the area of the State to which this approval applies as described in clause 4; and
Eden Region means the State forests and other Crown-timber lands (excluding plantations) within the Eden Region shown on Map 1 to the New South Wales Eden Region Forest Agreement granted on 5 March 1999;
