Edible Food Recovery means the actions to collect and distribute 309 Edible Food and distributing it to local food recovery organizations from places where it would otherwise go 310 to waste such as, but not limited to, restaurants, grocery stores, produce markets, school cafeterias, or dining 311 facilities.
