EDS Agreement definition

EDS Agreement means the Agreement among SpectraVision, Electronic Data Systems Corporation and EDS Technical Products Corporation, dated as of August 5, 1996.
EDS Agreement means the Master Services Agreement between the Lead Borrower and Electronic Data Systems Corporation dated May 1, 2008, as amended and in effect from time to time.
