Education Platform Product definition

Education Platform Product means any Product chosen by Institution under this Enrollment, and designated as an Education Platform Product in the Product Terms. Education Platform Products may only be licensed on an Organization-wide basis, or for the full Student Count.

Examples of Education Platform Product in a sentence

  • Education Qualified User is defined as: an employee or contractor (except Students) who accesses or uses an Education Platform Product for the benefit of the Institution.

  • Use of Windows on shared devices does not count as use of an Education Platform Product under the Enrollment for Education Solutions.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • Trading Platform means all programs and technology that present quotes in real-time, allow the placement/modification/deletion of orders and calculation of all mutual obligations of the Client and the Company.

  • Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.

  • Personalized license plate means a license plate that has displayed on it a
