Platform Products definition

Platform Products means the Box APIs that provide programmatic access to the Box Service from a Platform Application, and any additional Platform Product features and functionalities. The Platform Products include Box Platform View and Platform Resources, if expressly purchased by Customer as set forth in the applicable Order.
Platform Products means any pure protection insurance Product that is made available to Adviser Firms on the Platform. ‘Product’ means any policy, deposit account, investment contract or protection contract offered or arranged by or through the Product Provider and any authorised unit trust, open ended investment company or investment fund managed by or for the Product Provider.
Platform Products means any pharmaceutical product developed by Buyer or its Affiliates (i) utilizing the Product Technology or (ii) not utilizing the Product Technology but having the same route of administration and the same active moiety as a Specialty Product (but for purposes of this clause (ii) not including any generic product approved under 505(j) of the FDA Act), but in each case, only so long as such Platform Product’s applicable Royalty Term is then in effect; provided that “Platform Products” shall not include any Specialty Product or Pipeline Product.

Examples of Platform Products in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, renewal of any Order for the Platform Products shall be governed in accordance with Order renewal provision of the Agreement and survival of provisions shall be governed in accordance with the survival provision of the Agreement.

  • Customer will not (and will not encourage or assist any third party to): (i) modify, alter, tamper with, repair or otherwise create derivative works of the API or any software included in or used or distributed by Box to provide or access the Platform Products; or (ii) reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile the Platform Products, or attempt to discover or recreate the source code for the Platform Products.

  • This Platform Addendum will commence on the Service Start Date and will remain in effect during any Subscription Period under which Customer has purchased access to the Platform Products, unless otherwise terminated as provided for in the Agreement.

  • This Platform Addendum is subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement and is applicable only when Customer has purchased Platform Products under an executed Order.

  • No co-branding of the Platform Products will be permitted without Box’s prior written consent.

  • With respect to the Platform Products, this Platform Addendum shall supersede and control over any conflicting terms and conditions in the Agreement.

  • All references under the Agreement to the “Box Service” shall be deemed to include the Platform Products and except as otherwise set forth in this Platform Addendum, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall apply.

  • Customer will ensure that its usage of the Platform Products is at all times in conformance with the applicable Order (including but not limited to any Platform Use Limit), this Platform Addendum, the Agreement and applicable law.

  • Customer may not use any Box trademarks, logos, or other Box marks to promote and market the Platform Products without the prior written consent of Box.

  • Without limiting any other remedies under the Agreement, if Customer’s use of the Platform Products does not conform with Customer’s subscription under this Platform Addendum and the applicable Order (including but not limited use in access of any Platform Use Limit), reasonable restrictions may be placed on Customer’s account until any non-conformance is adequately mitigated or eliminated by Customer.


More Definitions of Platform Products

Platform Products means the products offered and provided by the Platform and which are made available through the Tickr Services such as the GIA and the ISA.
Platform Products means any pure protection insurance product that is made available on the Platform.
Platform Products means any products included in the following product platforms: pyridine and its derivatives, castor oil and its derivatives, sebacic acid and its derivatives, sulfones and alkenyl succinic anhydrides, but not including (i) any products sold in commercial quantities by Cambrex and its present Subsidiaries on the date of this Agreement (other than Products) and (ii) 4-substituted pyridines manufactured using pyridine N-oxide intermediates.
Platform Products means any new product launched after the Closing (other than a Combined Business Product or Partially Included Product) which is marketed as a multi-strategy fund or account, and a portion of its capital is allocated to products managed by the Acquired Management Business, on the one hand, and the Acquiror and its Affiliates (excluding the Acquired Management Business), on the other hand.

Related to Platform Products

  • Products means information resources technologies that are, or are related to, EIR.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Software means any computer software programs, including all source code, object code, and documentation related thereto and all software modules, tools and databases.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Manufactured products means items and construction materials composed in whole or in part of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum; plastics and polymer-based products such as polyvinyl chloride pipe; aggregates such as concrete; glass, including optical fiber; and lumber.

  • Manufactured end product means any end product in product and service codes (PSCs) 1000-9999, except—

  • Electronic device technology means any technology that involves microelectronics, semiconductors, electronic equipment, and instrumentation, radio frequency, microwave, and millimeter electronics; optical and optic-electrical devices; or data and digital communications and imaging devices.

  • Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.
