Educational Access Channel definition

Educational Access Channel means the Channel(s) or portion of a Channel or Channels on the Cable System required by this Franchise to be designated or dedicated by Grantee for educational access uses or purposes.
Educational Access Channel or “Educational Channel” means any Channel on a Cable System set aside by a Franchisee for Noncommercial educational use.
Educational Access Channel or “Educational Channel” means any channel on the System set aside by the Grantee for Noncommercial educational use by educational institutions, as contemplated by applicable law.

Educational Access Channel means any Access channel or portion of an Access channel available for educational programming by individuals or institutions, where educational institutions are the primary or designated Programmers or user having editorial control over their Programming.
