Educational Grant definition

Educational Grant means our provision of the Petrosys® software, licences to use the Petrosys® software and any other Services we elect to provide to you pursuant to this Agreement;
Educational Grant means grants that may be made to support the genuine medical education of HCPs, medical students, residents, and fellows participating in fellowship programs that are affiliated with charitable or academic organizations. Where consistent with the Code, grants may be made for the purpose of supporting education of patients or the public about important health care topics to other medical personnel.

  • In consideration of payment of additional premium, it is hereby understood and agreed that in the event of Accidental Injury to Insured Person resulting in an admissible claim under Basic Cover of Accidental Death or Permanent Total Disablement, Educational Grant as mentioned in the Policy Certificate is payable.

  • Annual Grant means an Option granted annually to all Non-Employee Directors who meet the criteria specified in subsection 6(b) of the Plan.

  • Traditional member of the National Guard or federal reserves means an active member of the Selected Reserve subject to mobilization and deployment for which he or she attends monthly and annual training periods.

  • Stock Option Agreement means the agreement between the Company and an Optionee that contains the terms, conditions and restrictions pertaining to the Optionee’s Option.

  • Number of Students Who Began Program means the number of students who began the program who are scheduled to complete the program within the reporting calendar year.

  • Initial Grant means an Option granted to a Non-Employee Director who meets the specified criteria pursuant to Section 6(a).

  • Sub-grant means a grant made or proposed to be made by the Recipient to a Beneficiary out of the proceeds of the Financing for the purpose of financing a Subproject; and “Sub-grants” means more than one such Sub-grant.

  • Nursing Service Plan means the plan that is developed by the registered nurse based on an Individual’s initial nursing assessment, reassessment, or updates made to a nursing assessment as a result of monitoring visits. The Nursing Service Plan must describe all licensed nursing services the Individual shall receive and be pursuant to the Individual’s Service Plan.

  • Compensation Plan means any program, plan or similar arrangement (other than employment contracts for a single individual) relating generally to compensation, pension, employment or similar arrangements with respect to which any Company, any Affiliate of any Company or any ERISA Affiliate of any of them has any obligation or liability, contingent or otherwise, under any Requirement of Law other than that of the United States.

  • Educational program means a program for educating and preparing physician assistants which is approved by the board.

  • Deferred Compensation Agreement means an agreement to participate and to defer compensation between a Participant and the Company in such form and consistent with terms of the Plan as the Company may prescribe from time to time.

  • Stock Plan means any stock incentive, stock option, stock ownership or employee benefits plan of the General Partner.
