Number of Students Who Began the Program means the number of students who began a program who were scheduled to complete the program within 100% of the published program length within the reporting calendar year and excludes all students who cancelled during the cancellation period.
Effective Date has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Program change means any elimination, curtailment, or reorganization of a curriculum offering, program, or school operation or a reorganization or consolidation of two or more individual schools or school districts that is unrelated to financial exigency.
Scheduled Commitment Termination Date means, unless otherwise extended pursuant to and in accordance with Section 2.14, the Payment Date occurring in May 2024.
Retroactive Date means the date specified in the Schedule.
€STR Index Cessation Effective Date means, in respect of an €STR Index Cessation Event, the first date on which €STR is no longer provided by the European Central Bank (or any successor administrator of €STR), as determined by the Issuer and notified by the Issuer to the Calculation Agent;
Approved program or "approved state" means a state or interstate program that has been approved or authorized by EPA under 40 CFR Part 123 (2000).
Program Year means the annual period beginning January 1 and ending December 31.
Date of commencement of the project means the date of the agreement.
Programme Effective Date means 5 December 2017.
Commencement Date of the Contract means the date of signing of the Contract between the Purchaser and the Contractor.
SOFR Index Cessation Effective Date means, in relation to a SOFR Index Cessation Event, the date on which the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or any successor administrator of the daily Secured Overnight Financing Rate) ceases to publish the daily Secured Overnight Financing Rate, or the date as of which the daily Secured Overnight Financing Rate may no longer be used;
