Effective Date Test Items means the Aggregate Principal Balances of the Collateral Debt Obligations purchased or committed to be purchased as at such date and the computations and results of the Percentage Limitations, the Collateral Quality Tests and the Coverage Tests (other than in respect of the Interest Coverage Tests) by reference to such Collateral Debt Obligations (provided that, for the purposes of determining the Aggregate Principal Balance as provided above, the Principal Balance of a Collateral Debt Obligation which is a Defaulted Obligation will be the lower of its S&P Collateral Value and its Fitch Collateral Value).

  • EPP test Means one EPP command sent to a particular “IP address” for one of the EPP servers. If DNSSEC is offered in the queried DNS zone, for a query to be considered answered, the signatures must be positively verified against a corresponding DS record published in the parent zone or, if the parent is not signed, against a statically configured Trust Anchor. The answer to the query must contain the corresponding information from the Registry System, otherwise the query will be considered unanswered. A query with a “DNS resolution RTT” 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR, will be considered unanswered. The possible results to a DNS test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the “DNS resolution RTT” or, undefined/unanswered.

  • Acceptance Test Document means a document, which defines procedures for testing the functioning of installed system. The document will be finalized with the contractor within 7 days of issuance of the Letter of Award.

  • Class C Coverage Tests means the Class C Interest Coverage Test and the Class C Par Value Test.

  • Acceptance Tests means those tests performed during the Performance Period which are intended to determine compliance of Equipment and Software with the specifications and all other Attachments incorporated herein by reference and to determine the reliability of the Equipment.

  • Commercial Operation Date (COD) means the date certified by the DISCOM’s committee upon successful commissioning (as per provisions of the PPA) of the project when all equipments as per rated capacity have been installed and energy has flown into the grid.

  • Completion Rate means the percentage of an apprenticeship cohort who receives a certificate of apprenticeship completion within 1 year of the projected completion date. An apprenticeship cohort is the group of individual apprentices registered to a specific program during a 1 year time frame, except that a cohort does not include the apprentices whose apprenticeship agreement has been cancelled during the probationary period or who have transferred.

  • Plant Test Date or "PTD" means the date acceptance testing is performed with CLEC. "Point of Interface", "Point of Interconnection," or "POI" is a demarcation between the networks of two (2) LECs (including a LEC and CLEC). The POI is that point where the exchange of traffic takes place.

  • Collateral Quality Tests means the Collateral Quality Tests set out in the Investment Management Agreement being each of the following:
