ELCC Resource definition

ELCC Resource means, through the 2024/2025 Delivery Year, a Generation Capacity Resource that is a Variable Resource, a Limited Duration Resource, or a Combination Resource, and beginning with the 2025/2026 Delivery Year, a Generation Capacity Resource or a Demand Resource.
