Elderly Family definition

Elderly Family means a family whose head (including co-head), spouse, or sole member is a person who is at least 62 years of age. It may include two or more persons who are at least 62 years of age living together, or one or more persons who are at least 62 years of age living with one or more live-in aids.

More Definitions of Elderly Family

Elderly Family means a Household with a Head of Household (or his or her spouse) who is an Elder; or with a sole member who is an Elder. Such term includes two or more Elders living together, and one or more such persons living with one or more persons determined by the Department of Housing to be essential to the care or wellbeing of an Elder.
