Election days definition

Election days means the biennial primary election for the nomination of United States, state, county and precinct officers, a special election called pursuant to Section 1, Article 21 of the Constitution of the State of Arizona, the biennial general election of the State of Arizona and all White Mountain Apache tribal elections.
