Electrical Consumption Fee definition

Electrical Consumption Fee means a fee equal to the total cost of all electricity consumed in connection with the installation, operation and maintenance of the Licensee’s Equipment, all as determined by the Licensor, acting reasonably, pursuant to Section 6.
Electrical Consumption Fee means per annum fee that is included in the license fee charges as more particularly described in the attached Schedule F.
Electrical Consumption Fee. $150 annually in advance due on the Commencement Date and each anniversary thereafter which is included in the License Fee as defined in Schedule F. Renewal Term: 1 period of 5 (five) years.

Examples of Electrical Consumption Fee in a sentence

  • Licensor has the right to audit Licensee’s Equipment at any time to ensure that the Licensee’s power consumption is in accordance with its estimated electrical load calculation and may adjust the Electrical Consumption Fee charged in accordance with such audit.

  • The Licensor shall estimate, acting reasonably, the annual amount of the Electrical Consumption Fee and deliver details of same to the Licensee on or prior to sixty (60) days in advance of the each annual anniversary of the Commencement Date.

  • If the electrical load calculation indicates that Licensee’s Equipment does not consume hydro, then the Electrical Consumption Fee may be waived by the Licensor, at its sole discretion.
