Qualified Electrical Engineer means an electrical engineer who is a member in good standing of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario.
All work to be performed must be accomplished under the direct supervision and responsible charge of a Professional Civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, and/or Electrical Engineer registered by the Department of Consumer Affairs in the State of California unless otherwise allowed for by DIRECTOR.
Conductors will be aluminum or copper according to Electrical Engineer of Record’s determination.
