Electrical Space definition

Electrical Space means the portion of the space on each Company or Joint Owned Pole between the top of such Pole and the point at which the lowest electrical conductor attaches to such Pole. This space is also known as the “supply space,” as defined in the National Electric Safety Code (“NESC”).
Electrical Space means the allocated space on a Standard Utility Pole allotted for the attachment of Electrical Facilities, which extends from the top of the pole to the upper limit of the Safety Space.

  • mixed-use building means a building or structure containing a residential and non- residential use other than a home occupation;

  • Leased space means individual storage space at a self-service storage facility which is rented to an occupant pursuant to a rental agreement.

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

The term “Non-leased Premises” shall mean the Entire Premises less the Leased Premises.
