  • If this § 16.2 is specified as applying in Section B of Part I (Individual Terms), any amendments made to this Agreement in accordance with § 16.1 (Change in Law) shall not include any upward or downward adjustments to the Electricity Contract Price and/or the Certificate Contract Price.
