Electricity Transmission Licence definition

Electricity Transmission Licence means the transmission licence, as subsequently amended from time to time, originally granted by the Secretary of State for Energy to NGET under the Electricity Act;
Electricity Transmission Licence means an electricity transmission licence granted or treated as granted under section 6(1)(b) of the EA 1989 that authorises a person to participate in the transmission of electricity;

Electricity Transmission Licence means an electricity transmission licence granted or treated as granted under Section 6(1)(b) of the Electricity Act that authorises a person to participate in the transmission of electricity;
