Electrolytic Proceedings definition

Electrolytic Proceedings means the Ontario Electrolytic Action, the BC Electrolytic Action and the Québec Action as defined in Schedule “A” to this Settlement Agreement as it applies to purchasers of Electrolytic Capacitors and products containing Electrolytic Capacitors in the Québec Settlement Class.
