Electronic Data and Media definition

Electronic Data and Media means all forms of data, converted data, electronically converted data and/or programs and/or applications and/or instructions and/or media vehicles employed.
Electronic Data and Media means data, messages, information, coding, programs, instructions or any other software stored on electronic, electromechanical, electromagnetic data processing or electronically controlled production equipment and distributed by means of a computer network or is produced in a format for use with a computer.
Electronic Data and Media means all forms of converted “data”, programs or instruction vehicles employed in the Insured’s data processing operation, except for all such property that is obsolete or deteriorated due to usage.

  • This Policy covers physical loss or damage to Electronic Data and Media while anywhere within the Policy TERRITORY, including while in transit.

  • The Policy covers the Insured’s cost to research, replace or restore damaged Electronic Data and Media including the cost to reprogram instructions used in any computer equipment if the loss is caused by a Breakdown.

  • The invoices will be created in the supplier network and delivered to the customer(s).

  • However, this policy does not insure any amount pertaining to the value of such Electronic Data and Media to you or any other party, even if such Electronic Data and Media cannot be recreated, gathered or assembled.

Related to Electronic Data and Media

  • Electronic Data Interchange or “EDI technology” means the computer-to-computer exchange of business transactions in a standardized, structured electronic format.

  • Electronic Data Interchange (EDI means technology that provides transaction related details, including invoice number(s), pay dates, and other identifying information as appropriate for each transaction.

  • Electronic Data means information, facts or programs stored as or on, created or used on, or transmitted to or from computer software, including systems and applications software, hard or floppy disks, CD-ROMS, tapes, drives, cells, data processing devices or any other media which are used with electronically controlled equipment.

  • Electronic Product Code™ (EPC) means an identification scheme for universally identifying physical objects via RFID tags and other means. The standardized EPC data consists of an EPC (or EPC identifier) that uniquely identifies an individual object, as well as an optional filter value when judged to be necessary to enable effective and efficient reading of the EPC tags. In addition to this standardized data, certain classes of EPC tags will allow user-defined data. The EPC Tag Data Standards will define the length and position of this data, without defining its content.

  • Electronic Record(s means the electronic record as defined under clause (t) of subsection (1) of section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

  • Electronic filing system means the system used by the board's records and information center to accept and publish documents filed electronically and which allows the public and parties to view most documents filed with or issued by the board on the board's Web site.
