Electronic Games definition

Electronic Games means reel-type slot machines, video-type slot machines and Electronic Table Games.
Electronic Games means reel-type and video-type slot machines, and all table games that utilize a random number generator to calculate or otherwise determine such game’s outcome, whether or not a live dealer is present to enable or control game play;
Electronic Games means all electronic gaming devices, including reel-type slot machines and includes Dealer Assisted Electronic Games, but excludes video lottery terminals.

  • Except in the event modifications are made under paragraph (d) of this Section 1.3 to the version of Electronic Games Cards then distributed by the Joint Venture, EGC shall immediately notify SciGames of any increase anticipated by EGC in its actual cost for producing and delivering Electronic Game Cards.

  • In addition, Assignors sell, grant and assign to the Company, in and for all languages (including but not limited to human and computer languages whether now existing or subsequently developed) all of Assignor's rights with respect to the manufacture, marketing and sale of hand-held Electronic Games based on the Phase 10 Card Games and Phase 10 Dice Game.

  • Each Party certifies that its actions under and in connection with this Agreement shall be in conformity with all applicable Tribal and federal law and that the Electronic Games are played at, transmitted and/or broadcast from a central location on "Indian lands" as defined in ss.

  • Electronic Ticket means the Itinerary/Receipt issued by us or on our behalf, the Electronic Coupons and, if applicable, a boarding document.
