Gaming Tables and Furniture- Transportation & movement, Assembly & disassembly, Cutting, alteration, repair & modification, Installation of all gaming tables and furniture, Repair and installation of laminates, upholstery and fabrics, Installation & removal of all gaming tables and furniture, including but not limited to Xxxxx Xxxx, Roulette, Xxx Xxx, Poker, Baccarat, Mini Baccarat, Big Six Wheel Tables, Caribbean Stud, etc., including all stools & chairs, etc. that accompany gaming tables. All pit stands and related furniture accessories. Figurines, Statues, Ornaments, Artifacts, Wall Hangings and Ornamentations-Transportation & movement, Assembly & disassembly, Installation & removal, Cutting, alterations, repair & modification, The building and fabrication of all landscaping items, e.g. rock scapes, trees & etc.
Slot Machines. Lessees shall be permitted to freely substitute Slot Machines subject to the Lease from time to time provided that: (i) Agent Lessee shall deliver to Lessor and Collateral Agent, within 60 days after the end of each Fiscal Quarter or, upon the occurrence of an Event of Default, within five (5) Business Days of such occurrence, a written report (a "Slot Machine Report"), certified by a Responsible Official, specifying in detail satisfactory to Lessor and Collateral Agent: (i) the Slot Machines then subject to this Lease; (ii) the Slot Machines, if any, substituted and replaced since the date of the immediately preceding delivered Slot Machine Report (other than with respect to the first Slot Machine Report delivered hereunder); (iii) the Slot Machines constituting Substitution Items during the quarterly period covered by such Slot Machine Report; and (iv) in each of the foregoing instances, the type, serial number (or other similar identification information), invoice cost, age and the applicable Substitution Date of each such Slot Machine; (ii) Agent Lessee shall deliver to Lessor and Collateral Agent (on behalf of the Participants) all further information regarding the Slot Machines, or any portion thereof, described in any Slot Machine Report as may be reasonably required by Lessor, Collateral Agent or any Participant, and in any event shall deliver to Collateral Agent a xxxx of sale dated as of the date of the applicable Substitution Date transferring title to the relevant Substitution Slot Machine(s) to Lessor as of such date; (iii) Any Slot Machine or group of Slot Machines constituting Substitution Items (each, a "Substitution Slot Machine") shall have the same or greater Fair Market Value, economic useful life and utility as the Slot Machine(s) for which it or they are substituted; (iv) No Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing; and (v) Upon written request, Agent Lessee shall execute and deliver, or cause to be executed and delivered, all such documents as Lessor or Collateral Agent may reasonably require to perfect and/or maintain at all relevant times a perfected first priority Lien in favor of Lessor in and to any and all such Slot Machines and to provide Lessor and Collateral Agent customary access rights with respect thereto.
Slot Machines. (a) Definition. A slot machine shall be defined as a video facsimile or slot machine which means any mechanical, electrical or other device, contrivance or machine, which upon insertion of a coin, currency, token or similar object therein, or upon payment of any consideration whatsoever, is available to play or operate, the play or operation of which, whether by reason of the skill of the operator or application of the element of chance or both, may deliver or entitle the person playing or operating the machine to receive cash or tokens to be exchanged for cash or to receive any merchandise or thing of value, whether the payoff is made automatically from the machine or in any other manner whatsoever.‌ (b) Applicability of Compact Section 13. With respect to any rights that the Tribe may have to games contained within Section 9 of Appendix A and specifications contained within Section 7 6 of Appendix B of the Nation-State Gaming Compact between the Seneca Nation of Indians.and the State or New York (Seneca Compact), the Tribe shall be authorized to install and operate only slot machines and the Tribe understands it is not authorized to install or operate "video lottery gaming devices" and shall accept "slot machine" authorization in full satisfaction of any right to install or operate "gaming devices" as such terms are defined in Appendix A of the Seneca Compact;‌
Slot Machines. The Company has the right to operate the slots listed in Annex 6.01(xix)hereto, and as of the Closing Date those slots shall be installed and working in the Company’s different premises. All the slots operated by the Company are connected on-line. The Company has the right to install an unlimited quantity of slots.

Related to Slot Machines

  • Vending Machines Seller shall remove all monies from all vending machines, laundry machines, pay telephones and other coin-operated equipment as of the Cut-Off Time and shall retain all monies collected therefrom as of the Cut-Off Time, and Purchaser shall be entitled to any monies collected therefrom after the Cut-Off Time.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • Trailers You are insured against claims arising out of your ownership, use or operation of any trailer or its equipment, provided that such trailer is not being towed by, attached to or carried on a motorized vehicle.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Devices BNY Mellon will restrict the transfer of Customer Data from its network to mass storage devices. BNY Mellon will use a mobile device management system or equivalent tool when mobile computing is used to provide the services. Applications on such authenticated devices will be housed within an encrypted container and BNY Mellon will maintain the ability to remote wipe the contents of the container.

  • Video This restriction includes, but is not limited to, use of the Beat and/or New Song in television, commercials, film/movies, theatrical works, video games, and in any other form on the Internet which is not expressly permitted herein.

  • Games The Private Party shall not be entitled to introduce any arcade type amusement or gaming machines into the Restaurant Facility without the prior written approval of SANParks.

  • Switching All of the negotiated rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Section pertain to the provision of local and tandem switching.

  • Video Display Terminals ‌ The Employer shall ensure that any new office equipment or facility required for use in conjunction with VDTs shall meet the standards recommended by the Workers' Compensation Board.

  • Cell Phones The College follows the State’s Cell Phone Policy. Employees who receive cell phones from the College shall also abide by this Policy. The College shall provide the Policy to any employee who is given a cell phone. Employees are responsible for the cost of all personal calls. While the College anticipates some incidental personal use of cell phones, it is also expected that such use is infrequent.
