electronic or other communication facilities definition

electronic or other communication facilities means the use of landline based, cellular, satellite or internet telephony, voice over internet computer assisted communications, radio, visual, audio or audio electronic communications facilities, or any other means of communication, which enables participants in a meeting to hear, or to watch and hear each other;
electronic or other communication facilities means that members of Council may attend a Council or Committee meeting through electronic communications. This can include using a telephone with the use of the speaker; via personal computer, or other means of technology advances.
electronic or other communication facilities means a way for meeting participants to hear or watch and hear the meeting (electronically of via telephone) being conducted when not able to physically do so or for a scheduled meeting to be held by electronic means.

  • Electronic communication service means a custodian that provides to a user the ability to send or receive an electronic communication.

  • Approved Electronic Communication means each notice, demand, communication, information, document and other material transmitted, posted or otherwise made or communicated by e-mail, facsimile, ABLSoft or any other equivalent electronic service, whether owned, operated or hosted by Agent, any of its Affiliates or any other Person, that any party is obligated to, or otherwise chooses to, provide to Agent pursuant to this Agreement or any other Loan Document, including any financial statement, financial and other report, notice, request, certificate and other information or material; provided that Approved Electronic Communications shall not include any notice, demand, communication, information, document or other material that Agent specifically instructs a Person to deliver in physical form.

  • Electronic Communication Network means the transmission line connecting the data transmission place and the data receiving place.

  • Electronic Communications means any transfer of signs, signals, text, images, sounds, data or intelligence of any nature transmitted in whole or part electronically received and/or transmitted through the Cloud Service.

  • Electronic communications system means any wire, radio, electromagnetic, photooptical or photoelectronic facilities for the transmission of wire or electronic communications, and any computer facilities or related electronic equipment for the electronic storage of such communications;

  • electronic communications service means a service normally provided for remuneration which consists wholly or mainly in the conveyance of signals on electronic communications networks, including telecommunications services and transmission services in networks used for broadcasting, but exclude services providing, or exercising editorial control over, content transmitted using electronic communications networks and services; it does not include information society services, as defined in Article 1 of Directive 98/34/EC, which do not consist wholly or mainly in the conveyance of signals on electronic communications networks;

  • Electronic communication means a communication transmitted by means of an electronic device, including, but not limited to: a telephone, cellular phone, computer, or pager.

  • Communications Facility means the set of equipment and network components, including wires, cables, antennas, and associated facilities, used by a communications service provider to provide communications service.

  • Electronic Communications and Transactions Act means the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 (Act No. 25 of 2002);

  • Electronic System means any electronic system, including e-mail, e-fax, Intralinks®, ClearPar®, Debt Domain, Syndtrak and any other Internet or extranet-based site, whether such electronic system is owned, operated or hosted by the Administrative Agent and the Issuing Bank and any of its respective Related Parties or any other Person, providing for access to data protected by passcodes or other security system.

  • Telecommunications facilities means apparatus necessary or useful in the production, distribution,

  • Ex parte communication ’ means an oral or written communication not on the pub- lic record with respect to which reasonable prior notice to all parties is not given, but it shall not include requests for status reports on any matter or proceeding covered by this sub- chapter.

  • Telecommunications Facility means the machine, equipment, transmission path or other electrical facilities for telecommunication.

  • Electronic Services means a service provided by us, for example an Internet trading service offering clients access to information and trading facilities, via an internet service, a WAP service and/or an electronic order routing system.

  • Communications means, collectively, any notice, demand, communication, information, document or other material provided by or on behalf of any Loan Party pursuant to any Loan Document or the transactions contemplated therein which is distributed by the Administrative Agent, any Lender or the Issuing Bank by means of electronic communications pursuant to this Section, including through an Electronic System.
