Meeting Participants. ‌ The Committee shall consist of the following members; Five (5) representatives from the HCC or DHS/OHA Five (5) representatives from the Union. The Home Care Commission and DHS/OHA will make every effort to include additional staff as needed to address specific agenda topics. The Union may invite other participants as needed to address specific agenda topics.

Meeting Participants. The Association President (or the President's designee) may invite other bargaining unit faculty (not to exceed four) to attend such meetings. The University Chancellor (or the Chancellor's designee) may invite other Board representatives (not to exceed four) to attend such meetings. The number of attendees may be increased by mutual agreement.

  • Performance Meetings During a meeting on performance, the parties will: (a) discuss the causes of a Performance Factor; (b) discuss the impact of a Performance Factor on the local health system and the risk resulting from non-performance; and (c) determine the steps to be taken to remedy or mitigate the impact of the Performance Factor (the “Performance Improvement Process”).

  • Meeting Rooms In accordance with Hospital policy, the Union may use designated meeting rooms of the Employer for meetings of the Local Unit, provided sufficient advance request for meeting facilities is made to the Director, Employee and Labor Relations, or designee, and space is available.

  • Committee Meetings ‌ All meetings of the said Committee on Labour Relations with the Union Committee and the Secretary- Business Manager, or her/his representative, shall be under the chairpersonship of a member of the Committee on Labour Relations. Meetings shall be held at the call of the Chairperson as promptly as possible on request in writing of either party. The Employer and the Union shall make every effort to exchange written agendas at least one (1) week prior to meetings called under Article 8.04.

  • Selection Committee A. Each building site will appoint a selection committee for the TLS. The committee shall be comprised of equal numbers of teachers and administrators and at least one teacher will be appointed by the Des Moines Education Association. B. The committee will accept and review application for a TLS position and will make recommendations to the hiring administrator. In developing recommendations, the committee will utilize measures of teacher effectiveness and professional growth, consider the needs of the school district and review the performance and professional development of the applicants. Teachers who are selected must meet all of the qualification contained in the TLS grant and contained in the law.
