Electronic Participation definition

Electronic Participation means a council member who participates in a council or committee meeting from a remote location by such electronic means or services as determined and provided by the Clerk has the same rights and responsibilities as if he or she were in physical attendance, including that they shall count towards a quorum of members and shall be permitted to participate in any portion of a meeting which is closed to the public. Electronic Participation means a Member of Council who participates remotely in any open or closed Council or Committee Meeting via electronic means and has the same rights and responsibilities as if they were in physical attendance, including the right to vote, and shall count towards a Quorum of Members.
Electronic Participation means participating in a meeting from a location other than that at which the meeting is physically being held by means of telephone, internet, or other electronic as may be decided upon by Council from time to time.

More Definitions of Electronic Participation

Electronic Participation means a Council or Committee Member who participates in a meeting as defined in Section 15 remotely via electronic means (e.g. video or audio teleconference)
