Electronic presentment agreement definition

Electronic presentment agreement means an agreement, clearinghouse rule, or federal reserve regulation or operating circular, providing that presentment of an item may be made by transmission of an image of an item or information describing the item ("presentment notice") rather than delivery of the item itself. The agreement may provide for procedures governing retention, presentment, payment, dishonor, and other matters concerning items subject to the agreement.

The term includes debit cards, wire transfers, transfers made at automatic teller machines, and point-of-sale terminals.

  • Electronic Payment means a wire transfer or an ACH credit transfer.

  • Electronic Ticket means the Itinerary/Receipt issued by us or on our behalf, the Electronic Coupons and, if applicable, a boarding document.

  • advanced electronic signature means an electronic signature which meets the following requirements:
