Invest in any assets that are not either Cash or Cash Equivalents or "Eligible Equity Securities" (as defined below).
This Agreement shall be binding upon each Restricted Holder and the Company, and their respective successors and assigns and shall inure the benefit of the Qualifying Holders from time to time of the Eligible Equity Securities.
