Eligible Expenditure Period definition

Eligible Expenditure Period means the period starting when this Agreement is signed to December 31, 2024;
Eligible Expenditure Period means the period starting when this Agreement is signed to

  • The Minister will not contribute to any Eligible Expenditure Incurred by the Initial Recipient prior to or after the Eligible Expenditure Period.

  • Non-Eligible Expenditures: • In-kind;• Land costs;• Legal costs; and• Costs incurred outside the Eligible Expenditure Period.

  • In addition to any rights of termination that NB Power has hereunder, if, in the opinion of NB Power, no demonstrable progress has been made toward the Eligible Project within the Eligible Expenditure Period, NB Power retains the right to terminate the Agreement and shall be under no further obligation to make any payment to the Recipient under the Agreement.

  • The Minister will not contribute to any Eligible Expenditure Incurred by the Ultimate Recipient prior to or after the Eligible Expenditure Period.

  • Costs not considered Eligible Expenditures under this Program for both Delivery Organizations and Ultimate Recipients will include:  In-kind*; Land costs; Legal costs; Ongoing operating costs (e.g. electricity consumption, operation, maintenance, networking fees, subscription fees, etc.), and; Costs incurred outside the Eligible Expenditure Period, including those for preparing this application.


More Definitions of Eligible Expenditure Period

Eligible Expenditure Period means the period starting April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2027;
