The Minister will not contribute to any Eligible Expenditure Incurred by the Initial Recipient prior to or after the Eligible Expenditure Period.
Non-Eligible Expenditures: • In-kind;• Land costs;• Legal costs; and• Costs incurred outside the Eligible Expenditure Period.
