Scope of Eligible Expenditures. Subject to Article C3.0 (Ineligible Expenditures), Eligible Expenditures include the direct costs incurred by the Recipient on or after April 1, 2020 and on or before December 31, 2020 and that, in the opinion of the Province, are considered to have been properly and reasonably incurred and are necessary for the MTEC of transit vehicles and any other public and non-public facing transit assets, that provide or support transit services. In addition to having been incurred, these costs will have to have been paid by the Recipient prior to being submitted to the Province for payment and may include:
