Eligible facility means a gas-fired electric generation facility with a nominal capacity of 1,000 MW or less.
Cross-Series Modification means a modification involving (i) the Bonds or any agreement governing the issuance or administration of the Bonds, and (ii) the debt securities of one or more other series or any agreement governing the issuance or administration of such other debt securities.
Permit modification means a revision to a Title V operating permit that cannot be accomplished under the provisions for administrative permit amendments found at rule 567—22.111(455B). A permit modification for purposes of the acid rain portion of the permit shall be governed by the regulations pertaining to acid rain found at rules 567—22.120(455B) to 567—22.147(455B). This definition of “permit modification” shall be used solely for purposes of this chapter governing Title V operating permits.
Contract Modification means any changes in the terms or provisions of the Contract which are reduced to writing and fully executed by both parties.
Permitted Policy Amendment is an amendment, modification, termination or restatement of the Investment Policies, that is either (a) approved in writing by the Administrative Agent (with the consent of the Required Lenders), (b) required by applicable law or Governmental Authority, or (c) not material.
Incremental Facilities has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.22(a).
Off-site facility means a structural BMP located outside the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.

Replacement Revolving Facility has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.02(c)(ii).
Facilities Study shall be an engineering study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) to: (1) determine the required modifications to the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System necessary to implement the conclusions of the System Impact Study; and (2) complete any additional studies or analyses documented in the System Impact Study or required by PJM Manuals, and determine the required modifications to the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System based on the conclusions of such additional studies. The Facilities Study shall include the cost and scheduled completion date for such modifications, that will be required to provide the requested transmission service or to accommodate a New Service Request. As used in the Interconnection Service Agreement or Construction Service Agreement, Facilities Study shall mean that certain Facilities Study conducted by Transmission Provider (or at its direction) to determine the design and specification of the Customer Funded Upgrades necessary to accommodate the New Service Customer’s New Service Request in accordance with Tariff, Part VI, section 207. Incremental Facility Amendment has the meaning specified in Section 2.14(d).
Minor modification means a modification that does not significantly alter the nongovernmental function or purpose of the software or is of the type customarily provided in the commercial marketplace.
approved facility means any private practice, hospital, clinic or other health facility in Namibia defined in section 1 of the Hospitals and Health Facilities Act, 1994 (Act No. 36 of 1994), approved by the Council for the purpose of the training of hearing aid acoustics interns, and “facility” has a corresponding meaning;
