Eligible Graduate Student definition

Eligible Graduate Student means a student who is a resident of Connecticut and who is enrolled in and pursuing an educational program leading to a post-baccalaureate certificate or a masters, doctorate or professional degree at an Eligible College or University on at least a half-time basis as defined by such college or university, who is in good academic standing and is making satisfactory progress, as determined by such college or university. “Eligible Graduate Student” also means a student who is not a resident of Connecticut, but who is enrolled and pursuing such an educational program at an Eligible College or University in Connecticut, on at least a half-time basis as defined by such college, university, or program, who is in good academic standing and is making satisfactory progress, as determined by such college or university.
Eligible Graduate Student means an Eligible Student enrolled in and pursuing an educational program leading to a post-baccalaureate certificate or a masters, doctorate or professional degree.
Eligible Graduate Student means an enrolled graduate student within the meaning of clause 4.2.16 and 5.4 of these Regulations.

  • Graduate Student means a student who is in attendance at an institution of higher education and is enrolled in an academic program of instruction above the baccalaureate level. The term includes any portion of a program leading to either a degree beyond the baccalaureate, or a first professional degree when at least three years of study at the pre-baccalaureate degree level are required for entrance into a program leading to such a degree. Students admitted as special/provisional graduate students may be considered as eligible students for one term only if it is anticipated they will enroll in a regular graduate program in the following term.

  • Eligible student means a student who is eighteen years or older.

  • graduate nurse means a person whose name is entered on the graduate nurse register of the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba. A graduate nurse extended practice means a person whose name is entered on the graduate nurse extended practice register of the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba. The terms of this Agreement shall be applicable to the graduate nurse, the graduate practical nurse, graduate psychiatric nurse, and graduate nurse practitioner, except as otherwise specified in the Collective Agreement.
