Graduate Student Sample Clauses

Graduate Student. An individual enrolled either full or part-time in a graduate degree program at the University of Victoria, including an exchange student (or equivalent) from another university. May also be employed as a Sessional Lecturer within the CUPE 4163 bargaining unit separately and distinctly from the individual’s status as a graduate student.
Graduate Student. Any student who is enrolled in a Master’s, Doctoral or graduate professional studies program.
Graduate Student. For the purpose of this contract, an individual is a graduate student if they: a. are enrolled in a graduate degree program in the term of the appointment and have been registered or on detached study in any of the nine (9) preceding terms (for purposes of this clause, the standard academic year is considered to be composed of three (3) terms that mimic the structure of the appointments [i.e., Term I, Term II, and Term III inclusive of IIIA and IIIB]), or are registered or on detached study and in their first semester of graduate study, and b. have not yet received the degree from the program in which they were enrolled; and c. have not permanently withdrawn or had their active status in the graduate level program terminated. Any such termination must be issued prior to their application for a GSI or GSSA position.
Graduate Student. Note: It is the expectation that a faculty mentor meet with their URSA Engage student at least once a week, or 2-3 times a term if a graduate student is available to meet with mentee at least once a week.
Graduate Student. A UT graduate student who has completed 60 European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (“ECTS”) credit hours or a UNT graduate student who has completed at least 18 graduate-level credit hours is eligible to participate in the Program (“graduate student”).
Graduate Student. The graduate student agrees to diligently perform the work assigned by the employer according to the same company policies and procedures that apply to regular employees. Graduate Student. The graduate student shall agree to be a self-directed scholar, and to take ownership of the dissertation project, and of his/her overall development. The student will conduct himself/herself professionally and responsibly, and will view the mentor’s role as collaborative. The student will comply with the rules of the CBGP and Xxxxx State University, and will assume responsibility for his/her actions.
