Mobile User definition

Mobile User means a Customer Personnel who is authorized by the Customer to use the mobile application form of the Subscription Services and for whom the Customer has purchased the Subscription Services;

  • SSC Atlantic is the engineering and procurement lead to the TPO for the following DoD Teleport system components: SHF, AEHF, EHF, M&C, Ultra High Frequency (UHF), Mobile User Objective System (MUOS), and Baseband.

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

Switches may be employed as a combination of End Office/Tandem Switches. "Switched Access Service" means the offering of transmission and switching services to Interexchange Carriers for the purpose of the origination or termination of telephone toll service. Switched Access Services include: Feature Group A, Feature Group B, Feature Group D, 8XX access, and 900 access and their successors or similar Switched Access Services. "Switched Access Traffic" is traffic that originates at one of the Party's End User Customers and terminates at an IXC Point of Presence, or originates at an IXC Point of Presence and terminates at one of the Party's End User Customers, whether or not the traffic transits the other Party's network.

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Mobile Service means the mobile service we provide to you enabling you to use and receive a range of mobile services including, but not limited to, messaging services, age restricted services and premium services.

  • Customer Content means all files, content (including audio, video, text, or images), and data (including Personal Data) belonging to or controlled by the Customer, which is uploaded into the Products and Services or otherwise provided to Showpad for processing pursuant to the Agreement.

  • In-network or "participating" means a provider or facility
