Supported Version definition

Supported Version means a Products version for which Support are offered by PA. For PA Products PA will provide twelve months’ notice that a version will no longer be supported.
Supported Version is a version of Software that has not reached the state of EoS, or EoM.
Supported Version means the current version of ExtraHop Software and the immediately prior two (2) update releases, as indicated by the number to the right of the first decimal point. The terms of this Exhibit B govern in addition to the terms of the Agreement and the terms of a SOW if Customer receives any deployment, configuration or other professional or consulting services relating to Offerings.

  • In the event you do not maintain a Supported Version of the Service, then you will be charged a premium upon renewal of the Service.

  • Acumatica shall have no obligation with respect to a warranty claim (i) unless notified of such claim within sixty (60) days of the first instance of any material performance and/or functionality issue, or (ii) if you fail to upgrade to a Supported Version of the Service, or (iii) if you fail to meet capacity recommendations in the Licensing Guide, or (iv) if the warranty claim is the result of a Third Party Application or a customization of the Service prepared by you or a third party.

  • The AspenTech support policy will be as described in the AspenTech Supported Version Policy available at xxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx as in effect on the Effective Date and each anniversary thereof.


More Definitions of Supported Version

Supported Version means a version of the Software that is listed as a supported version in Acumatica’s lifecycle policy. All versions of the Software are supported for at least 18 months after their initial release.
Supported Version means the current release and the immediately preceding release of the Licensed Software made available by Hill-Rom, for which support is provided.
