Eligible parent definition

Eligible parent means an individual who, under section 23 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, has the right to have his or her children receive primary and secondary instruction in French in British Columbia;
Eligible parent means a parent of a member, by birth or by adoption while the member was a minor, who proves to the satisfaction of the board that the parent was a dependent of the member immediately before the member's death.
Eligible parent means either parent of a student less than 18 years of age who is attending IECC for purposes other than obtaining post-secondary education, unless the institution has been provided with evidence that there is a court order, state statute, or legally binding document relating to such matters as divorce, separation, or custody that specifically revokes these rights.

  • The Agency shall calculate enrolment as terminating upon the last day of attendance of the Subsidized Child, unless the Agency did not receive 10 Business Days’ notice of termination from the Eligible Parent.

  • The Agency shall collect the Parental Contribution from the Eligible Parent.
