eligible premises definition

eligible premises means premises located entirely within an industrial business zone. For any eligible business, an industrial business zone credit will not be granted with respect to more than one eligible premises.
eligible premises means those properties within the jurisdiction of the Authority, which are eligible for Authority Collection as set out in any Directive;
eligible premises means those properties within the Municipality which are eligible for municipal collection as defined in Section 5.1 of this By-law.

Examples of eligible premises in a sentence

  • The Service Standards during an Emergency are:  SW will announce information updates at least every 48 hours;  SW will provide alternative drinking water supplies to sensitive premises (hospitals, nursing homes etc) in accordance with the water emergency plans;  SW will give as much advance notice as possible of any necessary restrictions on supplies to a Supply Point for Eligible Premises.

  • If your Wholesaler agrees to provide a reduction in its wholesale charges to us in respect of a leakage at your Eligible Premises, we will apply a corresponding adjustment to our charges to you.

  • You agree to promptly notify us of any changes to the property or use of the property which may result in it no longer being considered an Eligible Premises.

  • On 21 November 2008, Wharf and LCJG entered into a Master Tenancy Agreement, whereby the parties have, in principle, agreed that the Eligible Tenants are eligible to lease from the Eligible Landlords properties within the Eligible Premises during a three-year period commencing from 1 January 2009 and ending on 31 December 2011.

  • The Existing Premises also form part of the Eligible Premises under the Master Tenancy Agreement.


More Definitions of eligible premises

eligible premises means premises that could be supplied with water by a supply licensee with a retail or restricted retail authorization or provided with sewerage services by a sewerage licensee with a retail authorization.
