Eligible registrant definition

Eligible registrant means a pharmacy technician, dispensing physician, dispensing nurse practitioner or dispensing physician assistant who holds a registration in good standing from the Board of Pharmacy, who serves the armed forces of the United States, and who is eligible for an extension of time in which to file a tax return pursuant to G.S. 105-249.2.
Eligible registrant means a registrant that has a class of securities registered pursuant to Section 12(b) or Section 12(g) of the Exchange Act or which is required to file reports pursuant to Section 15(d) of the Exchange Act.

  • Requesting Holder shall have the meaning given in subsection 2.1.1.

  • Registrant means any person who is registered with the agency or is legally obligated to register with the agency pursuant to these rules and the Act.

  • Requesting Participant means a Participant initiating an RFQ.

  • Effective Registration means the registration of the shares of Common Stock granted to the Grantee hereunder pursuant to an effective registration statement on Form S-8 or any successor form under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.

  • Initiating Holder has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(a).

  • Requesting Holders shall have the meaning given in Section 2.1.5.

  • Eligible owner means an owner of real property who is eligible to or has entered into an installment agreement;

  • Non-Directing Holder means the Note A-2 Holder or, if Note A-2 is included in a Securitization, the holders of Certificates representing the specified interest in the class of Certificates designated as the “controlling class” or the duly appointed representative of the holders of such Certificates or such other party otherwise entitled under the Note A-2 PSA, to exercise the rights granted to the Non-Directing Holder in this Agreement. If Note A-2 is no longer in a Securitization, the Non-Directing Holder with respect to such Note will be the then-current Holder of such Note.

  • Piggy-Back Registration is defined in Section 2.2.1.

  • Qualified instructor means individuals whose training and experience adequately prepare them to carry out specified training assignments. Interpreting physicians, radiologic technologists, or medical physicists who meet the requirements of 41.6(3) would be considered qualified instructors in their respective areas of mammography. Radiological technologists who meet the requirements of 41.6(3) and have passed a state-approved mammography examination such as the examination given by the American Registry of Radiography Technologists would be considered qualified instructors in their respective areas of mammography. The examination would include, but not necessarily be limited to: breast anatomy and physiology, positioning and compression, quality assurance/quality control techniques, and imaging of patients with breast implants. Other examples of individuals who may be qualified instructors for the purpose of providing training to meet the regulations of this chapter include, but are not limited to, instructors in a post-high school training institution and manufacturers’ representatives.

  • Eligible Holder means a Limited Partner whose (a) federal income tax status would not, in the determination of the General Partner, have the material adverse effect described in Section 4.9(a)(i) or (b) nationality, citizenship or other related status would not, in the determination of the General Partner, create a substantial risk of cancellation or forfeiture as described in Section 4.9(a)(ii).
