Eligible Stockholders definition

Eligible Stockholders means the Non-Dissenting Stockholders.
Eligible Stockholders means the Stockholders as defined in the Stockholders Agreement.

Eligible Stockholders shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(a)(iii).
