Eligible Volume definition

Eligible Volume means the volume of Crown timber provided to Nak’azdli Whut’en in a direct award tenure under Section 47.3 of the Forest Act originating from the volume reallocation of the Forestry Revitalization Act that is appraised through the Market Pricing System;

Eligible Volume means the volume of Crown timber provided to Chawathil First Nation in a Direct Award tenure under Section 47.3 of the Forest Act, originating from the volume reallocation of the Forestry Revitalization Act (Xxxx 28), that is appraised through the Market Pricing System;

Eligible Volume means the volume of Crown timber provided to Xxxxx Lake Indian Band in a direct award tenure under Section 47.3 of the Forest Act originating from the volume reallocation of the Forestry Revitalization Act that is appraised through the Market Pricing System;

• Discounts: Customers will receive the following discounts applied to Eligible Volume charges and usage.

• Eligible Volume is the customer’s total monthly recurring VFX Service Digital Per Trunk charge and VFX charge, after the application of promotional and other discounts.

To be clear, ‘completed’ as used in this definition shall mean that the card transaction itself has been completed, but does not require that product has been delivered;

Eligible Volume means, with respect to any calendar month, (a) with respect to copper, the lesser of (i) the pounds of payable copper sold by the Company in such month and (ii) 86,000,000 pounds; provided that such amount shall not exceed the Cut-Off Date Copper Volume Deficit less the Eligible Volume of copper with respect to which Monthly Deficit Payments were made pursuant to Section 2.03 in respect of prior calendar months, and (b) with respect to gold, the lesser of (i) the ounces of payable gold sold by the Company in such month and (ii) 122,000 ounces; provided that such amount shall not exceed the Cut-Off Date Gold Volume Deficit less the Eligible Volume of gold with respect to which Monthly Deficit Payments were made pursuant to Section 2.03 in respect of prior calendar months.

Eligible Volume means the volume of Crown timber provided to Boston Bar First Nation in a direct award tenure under Section 47.3 of the Forest Act originating from the volume reallocation of the Forestry Revitalization Act that is appraised through theMarket Pricing System;
