Embarkation Time definition

Embarkation Time means the time and date stated in the Instruction Notice or Box 9. “Firearms” means the firearms and ammunition listed in Annex A (Security Equipment). “Flag State” means the State whose flag the Vessel is flying.

It also includes features, functions, and capabilities that are provided by means of such facility or equipment, including subscriber numbers, databases, signaling systems, and information sufficient for Billing and collection or used in the transmission, routing, or other provision of a Telecommunications Service.

  • Scheduled operation time means the scheduled operating hours of the System for the month. All planned downtime on the system would be deducted from the total operation time for the month to give the scheduled operation time.

  • PM means particulate matter.

  • Discussion Time shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.2(f).

  • Central Time means Central Time as adjusted for daylight savings time.

  • Prime Time in the Emergency Department is defined as the months of June, July and August and December.

  • EST means Eastern Standard Time.
