Emissions Contract definition

Emissions Contract means an agreement purchased or to be purchased by the Issuer from an Oil Major Company under an Energy Purchase Agreement entitling the Issuer on redemption thereof or resale back to the Oil Major Company to payment of an amount calculated by reference to the relevant Price on the relevant Pricing Day and to which the obligations in respect of the redemption of Emissions Securities correspond and “Carbon Contract” shall be construed accordingly;
Emissions Contract means a contract with a governmental authority to provide motor vehicle emissions testing, motor vehicle emissions testing equipment testing, or calibration, data collection and reporting (auditing emissions testing equipment and data) relating to motor vehicle emissions testing, provided, however, that such contract may also relate to the provision of motor vehicle safety inspection or motor vehicle registration but only if it primarily relates to the provisions of the services enumerated above.

  • Accordingly, prior to the expiration of open positions in any Emissions Contract in your Account, Morgan Stanley will seek instructions from you regarding the transfer, offset or close-out of such positions.

  • The price at which an ICE Deliverable UK Emissions Contract (other than an ICE UKA Auction Contract) is delivered is the EDSP (as defined and determined in accordance with the relevant ICE Futures Europe Rules) for the relevant contract month of the relevant ICE Deliverable UK Emissions Contract on the last day of trading or at the end of the trading period on the Contract Date, as applicable.

  • Delivery under an ICE Deliverable US Emissions Contract or an ICE Deliverable Carbon Credit Contract is based on Open Contract Positions after expiration of the relevant Contract Set.

  • Clearing Members making or taking delivery of US Emissions Contracts on their house account must have established Registry Accounts in the relevant Registry for the US Emissions Contract in question.

  • Options Contract or “Option” means a Contract that confers the right but not the obligation to trade the Underlying at a pre-defined price on a pre-defined date in the future;

This includes the protection of such material in process as would otherwise be destroyed, but shall not include deliveries required to maintain plant production. A determination will be made by the Seller of minimum volumes required. Such essential volumes will be dispatched accordingly.
