An employee may request that a PBA Staff Representative or Employee Grievance Representative be present during any disciplinary investigation meeting in which the employee is being questioned relative to alleged misconduct of the employee, or during a predetermination conference in which suspension, dismissal, disciplinary demotion, or reduction in base pay of the employee is being considered.
This list shall include the name, address, work telephone number and class title of each Employee Grievance Representative, PBA Staff Representative, and other PBA grievance representatives.
The University will not recognize any person as an Employee Grievance Representative, PBA Staff Representative, or other PBA grievance representative whose name does not appear on the list.
