Employee Option Holder definition

Employee Option Holder means each holder of Options that is a current or former employee of the Company or its Subsidiaries.
Employee Option Holder means each person who is registered in the register of option holders of BRL Hardy as the holder of an Employee Option.
Employee Option Holder has the meaning set forth in Section 2.8(b)(ii).

Employee Option Holder is an Option Holder that is an employee of the Company for whom an applicable portion of the Option Payment is subject to withholding as wages or compensation with respect thereto and for whom payments are to be made through the payroll procedures of the Surviving Corporation or any of its Affiliates.
