Awardee definition

Awardee means the holder of an outstanding Award.
Awardee means an Employee, Consultant or Director of the Company or any Affiliate who has been granted an Award under the Plan.
Awardee means: (i) a person to whom an Award has been granted, including a holder of a Substitute Award, (ii) a person to whom an Award has been transferred in accordance with all applicable requirements of Sections 6.5, 7(h), and 17.

Examples of Awardee in a sentence

  • At IFT’s request, Awardee will repay any portion of the Award Funds and/or Income (as defined below) used or committed in material breach of this Agreement, as determined by IFT in its discretion.
