Employee Reservation Portion definition

Employee Reservation Portion means the portion of such number Equity Shares as disclosed in the Offer Documents, which shall not exceed 5% of the post-Offer equity share capital of the Company, available for allocation to Eligible Employees, on a proportionate basis.
