Employer Adoption Agreement means an Employer Adoption Agreement executed by an Employer and accepted by the Administrator, pursuant to which, among other things, an Employer establishes the Plan and makes certain elections regarding its Plan, as the same may be amended, restated, or replaced from time to time.
