Employer/Client definition

Employer/Client means the PSCA that signs the contract for the services/goods with the selected/qualified Contractor.
Employer/Client means the PSCA that signs the contract for the services with the selected/qualified service provider.
Employer/Client means the procuring agency that signs the contract for the required services and goods with the selected/qualified Bidder/Contractor.
