Employer Members definition

Employer Members means the Members that have been appointed by employer associations, employers, or Employer Members pursuant to this By-law;
Employer Members means those employer-members of the Hampton Roads Shipping Association who have executed the current Collective Bargaining Agreement.

  • Its decisions and the records of the Committee shall be conclusive and binding upon the Employer, Members and all other persons having an interest under the Plan.

  • Disclosure of Conflicts to Employer Members shall comply with any prohibitions on activities imposed by their employer if a conflict of interest exists.

  • MeHI will partner with the Coalition’s Employer Members and Strategic Partners, as well as other stakeholders, to promote this program to Massachusetts employers, in whatever fashion determined appropriate by MeHI.

  • All such notifications by the Employer Members to the Issuer (including, but not limited to, forms and tapes) must be furnished in a format approved by the Issuer and must include all information reasonably required by the Issuer to effect changes.
