Empty Third Party Train means any empty passenger train or any Ancillary Movement; "Enhanced Planned Disruption Sum" has the meaning ascribed to it in Schedule 4; "Exposure Level” has the meaning ascribed to it in paragraph 11.1.1;

  • Biological Samples means any physical samples obtained from Study Participants in accordance with the Protocol for the purposes of the Study.
