EMS Service Provider definition

EMS Service Provider means an organization employing certified EMT-I, certified EMT-II or licensed paramedic personnel for the delivery of emergency medical care to the sick and injured at the scene of an emergency, during transport, or during interfacility transfer.
EMS Service Provider means an organization employing medical first responders, certified EMT-I, certified EMT-II or licensed paramedic personnel for the delivery of emergency medical care to the sick and injured at the scene of an emergency, during transport, or during interfacility transfer or an organization that supports these activities including but not limited to paramedic base station hospitals, public safety answering points, law enforcement agencies that provide EMS services and all levels fire departments.
